Young Executive Team (YET)
Part of being an inclusive and diverse succession organization involves openly seeking points of view that might not be represented on our executive team. YET brainstorms and discusses firm strategies across a multi-generational platform.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council
The DEI Council’s mission is to encourage our people to embrace an inclusive culture. The council believes that by inviting different beliefs and perspectives to the table whenever possible, we can truly know and help our clients and each other.
